Girls In Sports is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to helping NCAA female athletes of all divisions profit of Name, Image and Likeness, as well as encouraging young female athletes to pursue college athletics. We provide seminars to do both of these missions as outlined on our website, and all activities are carried out in accordance with our mission.

3. Eligibility

Our services and programs are open to individuals who meet any stated eligibility criteria. Participants under the age of 18 must have parental or guardian consent.

4. Use of Content

All content provided by Girls In Sports, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and educational materials, is our intellectual property and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written consent.

5. Donations

Donations made to Girls In Sports are voluntary and non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We are a registered nonprofit, and all donations may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Donor information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

6. Program Participation

By participating in any of our programs, you agree to abide by our community standards, codes of conduct, and any specific rules outlined for that program. We reserve the right to remove any participant for behavior that violates these standards or poses a risk to others.
